Is there a way to get a list or do you just remember them all?

Prawn, anyway.

My mobile don't talk, it ain't all hi-fallutin and new-fangled like yours, but I've got one number programmed in my phone that used to be this girl's name, but now when (if) she calls it pops up as "DO NOT ANSWER".

How you tell on a Siemens S55: start new SMS, type single letter, cycle through options. So you get a/b/c/blog/bleep/crap/caper/bollocks

Mine usually hears 'fucking shit piece of crap' so maybe it has learnt it by now!

Haven't all mobile phones since about 1996 had SMS? Nick, your phone must be even older than mine.

I think i had to teach mine lager. and why does "pub" go through rub and sub FIRST. bah. i taught it md, which now means i have to go through 2 words before I get to "me" (of/md/me)

Mine also knows the names of all the Big Brother contestants, including "Trania".

Have I ranted yet about how half the American mobiles don't have SMS, and the other half will only text people on the same operator? Razznfrazzn third-world country etc.

Grrr american SMSing- I love how messages routinely take hours to arrive.

I brought my phone to Australia, though, and my friends int he US could SMS me down there, and vice versa- and the phone company wasn't smart enough to charge me extra for them, they counted towards my normal 300/month messages- whereas my few voice phone calls down there were *really* expensive.

and words mine knows now:

fuzzy (for my dog)
ibook
abt (about)
argh
coastie
ttyl

i still don't really like predictive spelling, though- it annoys me to no end when it won't quite pick what i want.
