Macro photography of female cervixes. There's one set of a 25-year-old woman's cervix every day of her menstrual cycle, and before/after shots of a pre- and post-coital cervix. Extremely graphic, possibly disgusting, possibly beautiful. I think it's interesting -- women have so little visual access down there, so it's cool to see what's actually happening.

It is interesting. But calling it "beautiful" is sugar-coating the pink-leaky-fleshiness of it all just a bit.

i guess it's redundant for me to say "female cervixes" (standard disclaimer about intersex ppl, etc.)

I think it's extremely beautiful, this is NATURE. Lovely. Thanks for showing my innards. :-) I'm not joking.

beautiful and NATURE are not synonyms. Lions tearing zebras limb from limb is also nature.

Well, I never implied that it's synonymous! But in this case I do find it beautiful.

Wow that is pretty neat. When I was volunteering in a family planning clinic one day the NP asked me if I wanted to see one of the patients cervix. I was like "UM YEAH!". It was pretty damn cool.

^^^this. First few I'm "so that what's going on in there." And then it's more "what is that that is happening?!" and "that can't be right!". For a close up view of any, erm, inner part, overall it looks surprisingly ordered.
