I never do, but then again, I've been celibate for what, 5 years, so there's not much point in carrying one.

I carry my Chrome bag with me almost everywhere I go, and I always keep a few tucked away in one of the pockets. They have come in handy several times.

I almost always carry them, except maybe when I'm steady relationship with someone who's on the pill. Have had a few occasions in the past where lack of condoms lead to unprotected sex and the subsequent STD panic... Even though the tests turned out clean, I don't want to go there again.

It's true, but you don't have to carry them in your wallet. I have a special "pouch" for them in my shoulder bag.

this seems like as good a time as any to mention that in one of my classes a student worked at a west side women's clinic and the following happened in class during her various presentations (she gave her presentations about sexual safety):

* we all got a demo of the female condom, which apparently has been reformulated to "not sound like a ziploc"
* had large numbers of mint flavored condoms thrown at us by her
* were informed that it is common practice for street prostitutes to use "available materials" (in her words, "food bags, and anything you would find in an alley") to protect themselves during sexual encounters
* were informed that during a safe sex event they had the song "single ladies" was used to implore area women to try female condoms: if you like it, you should put a ring on it

Answer to the OP: No, my husband had a vasectomy 30 years ago. We only use condoms when we're fucking someone else, which hasn't happened for about ten years. (Incidentally, you should also be using a good spermicide along with those condoms.)

I never do, but I had a vasectomy 8-ish years ago, and I'm perfectly monogamous with my partner, and quite disease free. I'm honestly, like, the world's safest sex partner. White male, not at all promiscuous (despite my board reputation), sterilized.

Why not just keep the two kinds of condoms in two different drawers, then when you bring a guy home you first size him up, then offer the appropriate type of rubber? It's not like he has to know about the other ones.

The regular-sized Magnums are really just a fitting issue right? Because I use them and am sure that my wang is completely average sized. They're just more comfortable. The Magnum XL wearers are the people to be jealous of.
