Hip hop has it's own talent structure. The art of rapping is the ability to talk to a rhythm. That's what RAP stands for "rhythm and poetry". The rhythm is assisted by the beat. Rap was Rap before it was Rap Music. Rap is so versatile that it has the ability to draw from any kind of music. Even that Elton john character. People try to grade Rap on the music it uses but beats are merely a support mechanism. So, therefore all arguments on this thread will concern hip-hop (with a tolerable sports bar break).

As you can see, we are a long way from a timbaland, dre, or even RZA beat. Hopefully the in-fin-ite will mark as a good investment.
