They're both great, but my vote will probably go to "Since", Zep's best blues song (though it really should include Bob Mosley in the credits as the first versed is lifted almost directly from the first 40 seconds of Moby Grape's "Never").

These are both great, but "Babe" has "I ain't jokin' woman, I've got to ramble" which has always made me laugh. Also the Bolero riff is A+.
Since is up there with the best LZ performances as performance.
