Enter your tracks and album ballots (up to 50 items on each), one item per line, in the appropriate fields. Please copy each line directly from the nominations lists; do not number your ballot.

Write-ins (for anything missing from the nominations list) are allowed, though not really encouraged.

You can choose one of three ballot types, which determine how points are allocated to each item you vote for:

(1) Weighted: The first item on your ballot receives 100 points, the second receives 98 points, and so on, until the 50th item receives 2 points.

(2) Unweighted: Each item on your ballot receives 51 points.

(3) Mixed: To submit a mixed ballot, you must divide your ballot in two with an extra blank line. The upper portion of the ballot will be treated as weighted, with the first item receiving 100 points, and so on. The lower portion will be treated as unweighted, in that all items will receive the same number of points. The score allocated to items in the unweighted portion is calculated as 51 minus the number of items in the weighted portion (this is so that any weighted, unweighted or mixed ballot consisting of 50 items will allocate a total of exactly 2550 points).

I thought that Broken Flowers by Danny L Harle had been nommed as a track but apparently this was an album! Possibly will manage to find 50 other tracks to vote for despite this major setback

I thought albums would be my easy ballot, but I scrolled through the big list last night and just gave up. I'm glad the voting period is so lengthy, because I'm going to need it. I haven't even looked at tracks yet.

Interesting that there's some tracks missing from the noms which made it into our top 10s in the past.

Will be interesting to see in the final results if we end up with tracks which didn't appear at all in the top 77 of their respective years.

Often if I hear an album first I end up loving a particular song, and then am mystified when a different song is picked as a single and everyone likes it.

Hi everyone!

So I’m at 65% of the tracks images, I’ll have them complete by Monday no problem…
However, I still need to do the text / bbcode and search for blurbs for each one and that takes more time than I’ll have from Mo-We because it’s a bit of a hectic week for me and I don’t want to have long spans of not posting, I usually like posting every 8/10 mins so I can post results in a spam of 3 hours every day.

There’s 3 options:

1. I start posting on Tuesday. Finish the top 20 on Saturday instead of Friday.

2. I start posting on Monday without blurbs, maybe I can start adding them for 80-01.

3. I start posting Monday 22nd.

I vote for 1 or 2 (but defer to you). Thanks for your work on this, Moka!

Vote 2! No to Saturday final day. Will accept hybrid option where we get 25 a day from Tuesday

If I were to take on a big task like this I wouldn’t want to start until I’m good and ready, so take your time I say. 1: only if you can make it, 2: no, 3: why not? this is about a whole decade - what’s another week?

when tt and i ran the 00's, tt did the images but i did all the bbcode, text, blurb etc stuff, ufo is shirking imo lol

tbf i got around this by not doing blurbs, and demanding the thread's live reactions to suffice
