This contest has never occurred to me. Let's ask Stevie.

But anyway: from the "You Can't Hurry Love" bassline to the synth and guitar fills, "Maneater" exudes genius from every pore, while "Part-Time Lover" is hackdom redeemed by Luther and that middle-eight.

"Maneater" all the way. "Part Time Lover" is one of Wonder's worst singles.

I don't hate "Part Time Lover," and it's superior to "I Just Called To Say Love You" (but not to "Go Home," "Overjoyed," or "Love Light in Flight").
