I've come to think that Pitbull track is the most fun pop hit of this year. Foxx is good too, could do w/o the rest, haven't even heard the Miley.

some good songs here. "blame it" is my #1 of the year but i was really rooting for pit to hit #1 so i'm gonna vote for that. also yes it's a remarkably fun song, the verses are mad lol & carefree.

I feel like I should love the Pitbull song, but I can't stand it. Tempted to vote for "Run This Town" just because of the unintentional hilarity of Ye's verse (there was a very flat-chested girl in my high school they called "bee stings") and Rihanna's hook. Really though, Ms. Swift deserved that number 1 spot.

The Pitbull song is so much fun when it comes on the radio, but I think making number 1 would have drawn undue attention to its slightness.

Taylor just over "Blame It" and Miley. I can't figure out why that Pitbull song annoys me so much. Was OK with it when it first came out and now I almost always change the station when it comes on.

this is kind of amazing, three of my absolute favorite singles of the year are up here. gonna have to go with taylor over foxx; i prefer the nicki minaj version of "best i ever had" so that works against it. pitbull, miley and jay are all boring 5/10s

Am I the only one annoyed that the title isn't "I Got a Feeling", but rather "I Gotta Feeling", which is ungrammatical even taking account for the colloquialism?

i always notice it but it never really annoys me. when there are a hundred other songs out there already called "i got a feeling" and "i've got a feeling" it's kind of shrewd to come up with a more unique variation imo.

i don't mind "boom boom pow" but "i gotta feeling" sucks and i don't get why the mazeltov bit is meant to be so good. weirdly for such a wilfully obnoxious group their album is just...solid, vaguely hooky but not particularly memorable or charismatic pop.

The thing that makes the "MAZELTOV" part so great is Fergie's cracked-out "DRANK!" that occurs right before it.

As both a Taylor Swift stan AND an occasional Miley defender, I can still say that it is insane that "Blame It" didn't win this. IT WAS SUCH A DESERVING #1.
